Charles Hart knows the ins and outs of government and what it takes to make it run more efficient with less money. His main goals as Mayor are to work with the Santa Ana Police Department to get tough on gang crime and clean up the streets so the residents will have safer neighborhoods.
Charles Hart also wants to work with the Board of Education to get the schools back on track and out of the bottom 5% for the nation.
Charles Hart wants to help businesses stay in Santa Ana at the same time he is bringing in new business to the city.
